Present: Cllrs Duncan (Chair), Armstrong and Lamyman.

Chairman opens the meeting and welcomes everyone to the meeting.

220100 To receive apologies and accept valid reasons of absence:
Received from Cllrs McLuckie, Moore and Treece, no apology/reason received from Cllrs Churchward, Pellew and Phillipson at time of meeting.
220101 To receive members' declarations of disclosable pecuniary, non-disclosable pecuniary or non-pecuniary interests in relation to any agenda item, or requests for any urgent and unforeseen additions to the agenda.
None.
220102 The Parish Council Accounts were agreed unanimously, signed by the Chair and to be submitted to the external auditor as soon as practicable.

220103 The Annual Governance Statement 2021/22 was agreed unanimously, signed by the Chair and Clerk and also to be submitted as soon as practicable.
