DUNSTON PARISH COUNCIL
Conventional Parish Council Meetings are prohibited under the COVID-19 restrictions.
For the foreseeable future, Parish Council Meetings will be held on a fortnightly basis via the Zoom platform.
The next meeting will be held from 7.30 pm on Monday 10th Aug.

The meeting will commence with a public forum which will last no more than 15 minutes.
1. Resolution to accept any apologies.
2. To receive any Declarations of Interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011.
3. Resolution that the previously circulated notes of the meeting be approved as the Minutes.
4. To receive any County and District Councillors Reports.
5. POLICING: To receive the Police Activity Report.
6. CHAIRMAN’S REPORT: ongoing matters which require consideration or comment.
7. CLERKS REPORT: incoming matters which require consideration or comment.
8. ISSUES –To address as necessary and in any order.
