Meetings, Minutes & Agendas Policy

Dunston Parish Council meets on the first Monday to the secound Monday of each month in the Lamyman Room of Dunston Village Hall. Chapel Lane, Dunston, at 7.30 pm. Scheduled meetings are monthly except August and December.

Members of the public are welcome to come and ask a question or make a point. However, if this is an involved matter it is wise to give advance warning so that the matter can be researched. You are more likely to get an answer at that meeting.

There is a public forum of approx. 15 minutes at the start of each meeting, but once the meeting formally commences, members of the public are most welcome to remain but are not entitled to participate.

Following relaxation of the rules on public meetings following the Covid 10 epidemic, we are instructed to resume face to face meetings after the 31st May 2021. Our first public meeting on 7th June 2021 will be held in the Village Hall and all relevant health restrictions will apply.
